That said, I think these CDs would work best for somebody brand new to Logos (would be VERY HELPFUL to them), or at least somebody who hasn't experimented much with the program. At my experience level, there wasn't a lot of new stuff in the CDs.The book reviews have been helpful, however. And all the information is presented well and it's tight - here's how to do XYZ and that's it.For advanced users, DEFINITELY check out the webinars! They are a steal for $5 for 60-120+ minutes of training! I haven't noticed a ton of difference between the various tracks (I've seen 8-9 of the webinar videos). Purchasing LearnLogos training software before purchasing Logos 4 is one of those instances.I've read reviews of the software and watched an Intro to Bible Study using Logos Software. It's definitely for me as soon as I've set aside the money to buy it.I have the luxury of a high speed internet connection. Even with that it took several hours to download the PC and Mac versions of LearnLogos, but it worked fine.So far, the training is great. The only shortfall is that pressing F11 to toggle out of full screen mode does not work well.It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into this software. In order to get benefit from all that power and those resources, a good training program is needed. I purchased Camp Logos and LearnLogos DVDs. I am most impressed with LearnLogos. It is extremely detailed, ordered and logical. I watch the non-interactive first and then do the interactive. I have never seen a training program as well designed as this. I can't believe it is sold for such a low price. It is easily worth 5-10 times as much as LearnLogos charges and they offer free webinars to increase knowledge. I have worked my way through 18 lessons and can't imagine how I could have learned this much on my own. The book reviews are a tremendous added bonus and will help save money as I build my library. If anyone is thinking of buying Logos, don't even think about trying Logos without the LearnLogos DVD bundle. Do it quick though because the price should really be higher given the value and quality.
