The Videos are done very well and some are interactive. They are easy to understand and follow along. I'm still going thru them but if I don't understand something I can just replay it. The download was easy. It did take some time though. The customer service is great. I've gotten a couple of emails from the organization asking if everything is going ok. I appreciate that. I can put the videos on my ipad.
